Eye Gazing is one form of practise which opens up new streams of awareness both within our internal and external worlds, which shifts the way we relate to the world and everything around us.
Through Eye Gazing we start to see each other as a mirror, reflecting different aspects of ourselves, and through this practise we realise that the separation we have been taught is an illusion.
